Johannes Metzler had never formally coached anyone at the start of his TCB journey (though he’d coached them informally as part of his leadership role). Now he has a thriving business, working with clients on coaching packages, but says the biggest impact of his journey has been on his personal life!

Coach Lindsey Reed was shocked when she heard that TCB grads were enrolling clients on coaching packages worth many thousands of pounds. That all changed when she enrolled a client on 5-figure coaching packages. She’s loving the impact she’s having, and in a recent conversation, she told me she and her partner are getting ready to travel around Europe in a campervan!

Ann Bridges (Class of 2017) went from wanting to be a coach when she joined TCB to getting a part-time job as a coach, getting paid to work with many clients every week. Someone else took care of all the sales and marketing, but she also felt inspired to build her private coaching business. Now she’s run her first two 1:1 coaching intensives (at $5000 a pop).

Coach Jacquie Bamber was working as a dental hygienist, but her dream was to become a coach. As she went through the TCB programme, she realised that her in-depth understanding of the world of dentistry put her in a perfect position to have an impact on her ideal client group - dental professionals! In the process, she’s discovered she also attracts young professionals who want to change their lives. This is a group she loves working with, and would never have thought of choosing as a ‘niche’. KEVIN TIPPER
From overstretched GP to mental health coach with a big impact.

Dr Kevin Tipper was working as a GP (seeing patients in 10-minute slots) when he first came into contact with subtractive psychology. It made such a big difference to him personally that he became passionate to share it with his patients. But he found there was only so much he could do in a 10-minute session, so he decided to start a side business doing mental health coaching. He joined TCB and things started to change. These days, he can give clients the time they need to really make a difference to them, and he’s getting well-paid for it as a coach.

From corporate employee to doing 1:1 CEO coaching intensives.

Executive & Leadership Coach, Sarah Lock, was working in the HR department of Tescos when she first joined TCB. She’s moved from being an employee to running her own business and making a big difference to her coaching clients. She mostly works with CEOs and entrepreneurs, and her preferred method is to start with a multi-day coaching intensive, for which she charges tens of thousands of pounds for. She’s loving her work and making a big difference.
