Featured Show Highlights

She shares that the transformation industry is just something that she is naturally drawn to in terms of innovation, change, and progress.

Christina was training as a nutritionist while maintaining her blog and working full-time and she started to question the security of her job at the company she was working for. She made a pros and cons list of her options of getting a new job or further developing her blog and business. Even though the pros far outweighed the cons, she still found she has resistance to taking the leap.

After having a coaching session with Jamie, the conversation led her to believe that she wasn’t really afraid of failing.

Christina made the decision to jump into her business full- time and give it her all.

People are uncomfortable or apprehensive and how to manage their feelings but have to pushing themselves out of their comfort zones and not being afraid of failure.

Christina was able to create a large following on Instagram and she says you just have to put content out there and see what relates to people. Because her lifestyle is what she sells, she was able to be authentic and genuine and people were able to see what really matters to her.

Quotes

“It wasn’t the lack of confidence in my ability or knowledge, but rather the fear of failing.”

“I didn’t really have that fear of failure as I actively took risks in my everyday life and I’ve pushed myself. I strive to be the best I can everyday and part of that is taking risks to fail but I didn’t see that as failure normally, I’d just see it as a learning opportunity.”

“What I do every morning is wake up with a smile on my face; I love my life, I love what I do every single day.”

“I realized it’s the person they are really buying into.”
