Featured Show Highlights

Philipe shares that he had suffered from seizures due to stress, which ultimately led him to close his restaurant business. He didn’t want to see anyone suffer the way that he did, so after his own personal journey of transformation, he set out to help others.

Philippe was first introduced to coaching by his neighbor, who invited him to tag along on to meeting with her fellow coaches.

Along the way Philippe has had stumbling blocks that pushed him to face fears. Many coaches or transformational professionals wait until they are confident and ready to take action. He realized that his feelings were based on thoughts and not on the situation at hand, so he was able to push through those thoughts and help his clients.

The biggest lesson that he was able to take from this obstacle was that he loved speaking, but he discovered that he had so much more impact when he talked less and listened more.

If Philippe had not faced the uncertainty that was in front of him he would not have had the clients and exposure that he does today.

He also had an insight that he needed more physical human connection and he preferred to be part of a team to serve people. After deciding to steer away from Skype calls and move into providing in-person coaching, he decided to attend a retreat that his friend was hosting. Philippe discovered that helping people in the form of retreats is the direction that his insights were pointing to.

Quotes

“It just makes sense for me to want to help people.”

“In that moment I just knew this is it; this is what I want to do.”

“It made me realize how powerful coaching is when I just keep it simple.”

“Just that one instant allowed for a whole series of events to happen.”

“Every month and we are collaborating and supporting our clients together. The power of two is so much more impactful.”
