I just recorded this about something I’ve been reflecting on as we move through January.

2025 was a bit choppy for me – and for a lot of people in my community. Lots of letting go. Lots of shedding old skin.

And then my girlfriend reminded me: 2025 was the Chinese Year of the Snake. Snakes shed their skin.

The old skin must be shed before the new can emerge.

In this clip, I share what I’ve been seeing about this transition – and why 2026 (the Year of the Horse) feels like it’s going to be very different.
