Stress: Jamie & Jonathan Trott on Sky TV News Last Night

Posted on November 26, 2013 by Jamie Smart

Yesterday afternoon at 3:45, I got a call from Sky TV News who wanted to interview me, live on air in front of 5 million people!

Why?

They wanted to understand the role that ‘state of mind’ plays in the lives of high-performers, especially in light of England cricketer Jonathan Trott’s return from Australia with a ‘stress-related illness’. I said “yes”, and at 8 o’clock last night, a car picked me up and whisked me to their studios. I really enjoyed it, so I’d love to know what you think of it.

    Hi Jamie

Great that Sky were able to get you in at short notice to add some clarity and insight!

I think there are a lot more "stress-related" issues that never get highlighted in many sports.

Would love to know what work you have done with golfers on Clarity?

    &

when you are coming to Dublin?

    best

Jamie that was beautifully, a real inspiration with deep meaningful content that the interviewer had to take on board, even in the face of resistance.

    Great Stuff
